As a European Project WISHES realizes two main outcomes to match its main target groups virtually and face-to-face:
The WISHES Mobility Portal
The WISHES Networking Days
This information and community portal is based on the expressed needs of 4.000 students, 500 higher education institutions and 100 enterprises and consists of three main areas:
- An information portal promoting European higher education institutions to high potential students all over the world.
- A work-placement database listing European work-placement opportunities for students and recent graduates worldwide.
- An online community enabling knowledge transfer between and across the generations of international students, higher education institutions and enterprises
These cutting edge networking events sustainably initiate further cooperation within the European higher education area by:
- IT supported conference preparation combining the advantages of online and offline communication
- An IT based matching application recommending and matching high potential partners virtually before bringing them together on site
- Structured and unstructured networking approaches facilitating new co-operations within the European higher education area
