Wishes Information

Partner

The WISHES mobility portal is run by nine European institutions active in the field of higher education. Furthermore, these nine institutions are supported by theWISHES network - more than 200 higher education institutions, European networks and ministries of education eager to make European wishes come true!

UPB - University of Paderborn, Germany

The heart of the WISHES-Project is located at the Decision Support & Operations Research Laboratory (DS&OR Lab) of the University of Paderborn – a university with sound experiences within ICT related, Erasmus Mundus and Tempus Projects.

CATT - CATT Innovation Management GmbH, Austria

CATT Innovation Management GmbH (CATT), located in Linz, Austria, has profound experience in acquisition of placements. CATT brings in 17 years of experience in administrating and disseminating Leonardo da Vinci programmes. It disposes of many national and transnational contacts in the area of mobility, and with employment bodies. In short CATT ensures that the perspective of the employment sector is secured throughout the lifetime of WISHES.

TBU - Tomas Bata University, Czech Republic

Tomas Bata University (TBU) is one of the youngest Czech universities. Offering its service to over 11.000 students the university is constantly improving its international reputation. Besides, due to various Tempus Projects’ experiences and an internationalization strategy focused on Asia, the TBU ensure that the target region of WISHES is kept in mind during the project.

OMU - Ondokuz Mayis University, Turkey

Ondokuz Mayis University (OMU) is a Turkish local state university with approximately 21,000 students. OMU regards internationalization as a major mean to improve the quality of education and research. Therefore, it follows an integration policy to the European education and research area. Within WISHES, OMU ensures that the perspective of an accession country to the European Union is secured.

HEPL - Haute École de la Province Liège, Belgium

The Haute École de la Province Liège (HEPL) is located in Liege, Belgium and offers its services to more than 8.000 students. The technological branch of HEPL, involved in WISHES, has gained ample expertise not only regarding its field of expertise such as Web-Design, Programming and Usability but also due to leading commitment within various international projects.

UGR - University of Granada, Spain

The University of Granada (UGR) offers a wide range of different services resulting in a robust infrastructure for ICT supported activities. Within WISHES the Virtual Education Centre of the University of Granada (CEVUG) brings in previous experiences in various international projects and therewith a considerable expertise in the design, management and pedagogical and technological implementation of international ICT Projects.

HUB - EHSAL vzw, partner in Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel, Belgium

EHSAL vzw, partner in Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel has a large international network of partner institutions (app. 130 partners) and is member of several international organizations. Since the institution is located in Brussels, the capital of the EU, there are also close links towards various international organizations situated in the city. Within WISHES, this diversified professional network supports the rapid growth.

EOC - The European Office of Cyprus

The European Office of Cyprus (EOC) is a non-profit organisation located in Nicosia and Brussels. It represents HEIs, municipalities, non-governmental organisations and associations of banks. EOC aims at providing its members information and intelligence on EU education and research policies and programmes. Within WISHES its relations, co-operations and experiences with similar liaison offices support the projects dissemination.

SUSE - Saint-Petersburg State University of service and economics, Russia

Saint-Petersburg State University of service and economics (SUSE) is one of the biggest Universities of the north-west region of Russia. Due to various memberships of the universities such as in the Russian Association of higher education institution, it is perfectly suited to promote WISHES within Russia.
